This weekend, our Marketing Team, U13 Boys Hockey and Girls Soccer teams travelled to Underberg Primary School for their Ball in the Berg Festival.

Our teams played exceptionally well, showcasing their talent, determination and team spirit throughout the festival. It was fantastic to see our learners representing WKS with pride, both on and off the field.

Our Marketing Team also had a wonderful time at the festival, showcasing what WKS has to offer and connecting with families and the wider Underberg community. It was a fantastic opportunity to promote our school, meet new people and be part of such a fun and exciting event.

A big thank you to Underberg Primary School for hosting us and for putting together such a wonderful festival.

Today is a special day as we celebrate Mr Dlamini on his retirement after an incredible 23 years of dedicated service at WKS.

We celebrated this milestone with a special braai, honouring the many years he has given to our school community.

A huge thank you to Mr Dlamini for his long-standing service, commitment, and contribution to WKS. We wish him all the very best for this exciting new chapter!

A special thank you to our RCL Committee for their assistance in making this day so special.

The WKS Trust Hostel has been receiving some well deserved TLC over the past few months, and it's wonderful to see the transformation taking shape.

One of the latest improvements is the fresh new paintwork at the front of the hostel, giving it a bright, welcoming new look. These ongoing upgrades reflect our commitment to providing a comfortable, well maintained home away from home for our boarding learners.

We look forward to sharing more of the exciting improvements as they continue!

Last week, our Grade 11 learners stepped outside the classroom and gained valuable experience in the working world as they completed their Grade 11 Work Shadowing Programme.

This past weekend, our 1st Team Hockey Girls had the privilege of competing in the SPAR Grand Finals, hosted by St Mary’s DSG Kloof.

We are incredibly proud of our girls for their determination, resilience and commitment throughout the tournament. Competing at this level is an incredible achievement, and we are so proud that our girls had the opportunity to represent our school on such a prestigious stage.
